Dan had the strategic vision to recognise the potential in Liscombe Park. Seeing that it could satisfy the needs of modern business owners by offering an environment conducive to work-life balance. His family purchased the estate. He remains very involved in its development and often works from the park himself, away from the noise and frustrations of the surrounding roads and parking problems in nearby Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes.

With nearly 20 years experience as a contract manager in the property and construction industry, Ralph is managing the upgrade programme at Liscombe Park, as well as overseeing the new office construction programme.
