Liscombe Park Centre for Business
After several years of upgrading and investment at the attractive Liscombe Park Estate, a new phase of construction is underway which will quadruple the amount of office space available.
Phase 1 has been completed with the construction of Liscombe West. This high visibility building at the entrance to the Centre for Business site provides 4 separate suites of offices, offering 750 sq. ft. or 1,150 sq. ft. over 2 floors which can be combined for larger requirements.
Phase 2 & 3 will follow and offer office accommodation from 750 sq. ft to 8,000 sq. ft. Our existing office accommodation offers office suites from 250 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft.
