Private and group swimming lessons taught by Pete Woodbridge and available to both members and non-members of énergie fitness club.

Pete is a former club swimmer who now teaches and coaches swimmers of all ages and abilities from complete beginners to experienced national level competitors. A qualified ASA Level 3 coach, Pete teaches private or small group lessons at énergie fitness club, Liscombe Park.

Qualifications:
ASA Level 3 (Club Coach)
ASA Level 2 (Teacher)
ASA Level 1 (Assistant Teacher)
NRASTC (Rescue and First Aid)
